Have you ever had clients book essentially the same reservation as someone else?
I’m going to guess yes. We’ve seen many agents book side-by-side staterooms or reservations into a group or just choose to book the same package as a friend. If you aren’t using the CruisePRO integration, you can use the Copy feature within the Add Express Reservation wizard. Upon reaching the Reservation wizard you select the Copy tab and then can search for an existing reservation. Once you select the existing reservation add your clients and press Next. At that point you can simply update your vendor confirmation number (other items – such as Dining, Stateroom Number, etc. will also need to be updated). This process can assist in reservation creation by no longer having to enter pricing or multiple add-ons.
